This project was working in an aging mud brick home (30 plus years), which needed a sensitive set of solutions to meet it’s already high eco-credentials. They needed to update their heating (including hot water) and cooling and drastically improve lightly.

We were able to specify the appropriately sized split cycle ac units, supply and install them, upgrade the electrical switch board to get it to an acceptable standard.

We also designed a lighting system that was able to take full advantage of the characteristics of the home, (high ceilings, exposed beams) with a modern feel while keeping true to the original intention of the home.

As part of the upgrade to their electrical system, we did a complete safety audit and increased capacity to cope with a new water reticulation and filtration system.
